Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout or offered as a flat rate, depending on your location. Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and cost efficiency.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages may require additional reshipping fees.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence so we can assist.
