Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final except in the limited circumstances outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets the criteria listed under Defective or Damaged Items or Lost Shipments.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or improper use.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue

The product must be unused and in original condition (unless damage occurred during transit)
Once approved, we will offer:

A replacement (preferred), or

A refund, at our discretion
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier:

We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Unauthorized returns
